Please read thoroughly before scheduling:

1. Please make sure that you wear proper clothing (sports bras, tank tops, and/or mesh shorts) that will create easier access to flexibility, prior to appointment. 

*Socks must be worn during sessions*

* We ask that you use the restroom before & after your session.

*At ProStretch FST, we provide professional stretch therapy and recovery services ONLY!

2. Please make sure that you are on time for your appointment. Failure to show up within 10 minutes of your assigned time will result in a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, you will need to reschedule your appointments. DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE

3. Please be courteous by canceling your appointment 24 hours in Advance.

4. If you need to request a time or date that is not listed or shown on availability tab, please feel free to contact us so that we may accommodate you!

5. MOBILE SESSIONS: 

PLEASE NOTE: inappropriate requests or behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

*NO MOBILE  SESSION AFTER 5P!

*For all mobile sessions, there will be an additional charge/ mileage fee to the service of your choosing. (i.e. $1 per mile round trip; 18 miles=$18.00)

-For safety and professionalism, a trained assistant will accompany me for all mobile sessions. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
