Please read thoroughly before scheduling:

1. Please make sure that you wear proper clothing (sports bras, tank tops, and/or mesh shorts) that will expose your skin and create easier access to flexibility, prior to appointment. 

*Socks must be worn during sessions*

2. Please make sure that you are on time for your appointment. Failure to show up within 10 minutes of your assigned time will result in a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, you will need to reschedule your appointments.

3. Please be courteous by canceling your appointment 24 hours in Advance.

4. If you need to request a time or date that is not listed or shown on availability tab, please feel free to contact us so that we may accommodate you!
